We held our first Rock, Gem & Mineral Show in October 1967. We look forward to our 58th show on Friday, October 17, Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the E-Plex, Ozarks Empire Fairgrounds, Springfield, MO. Setup will be on Thursday, the 16th, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

If you are interested in participating in our Show, please review the SAMPLE Contract and complete the Dealer Application Form at the bottom of this page. First come, first served for consideration in getting a space.

NOTE: Since most of our vendors return yearly, booth availability is limited. 

Our Dealer selection process is based on experience, products, and professionalism (business and personal). We diligently strive to invite exceptional and diverse Dealers with engaging, memorable, and unique rocks, gems, minerals, fossils, and related products. While we do not attempt to limit your product line, we prefer limited product repetition among dealers. Booth assignments are based on the years a Dealer has displayed at our shows. Small Booths (72 linear feet), as well as a few “Boutique” spaces (12-24 linear feet) of covered and skirted tables, may still be available. We hope you will submit your application so that we can consider it.
