Please fill out this form to reserve booth space for Springfield’s Rock and Gem Fair (June 7-8, 2024) at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (815 E. Farm Rd. 182, Springfield, MO). Booth spaces are 12′ x 12′ ($60); you may have up to 2 spaces. You must pay in advance, and the fees are non-refundable. These are first come, first served.
Booths must be rock-, mineral-, or fossil-related. We do not allow items with satanic imagery (inverted pentacles, Baphomet, 666, Sigil of Lucifer, sulfur crosses, etc.) to be displayed or sold at this event as requested by the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Please refrain from selling anything they might consider offensive (phallic symbols, profanity, etc.).
All booths are in the grass only to keep customer parking spaces open. No vehicles or trailers are allowed on the grass.
Vendor parking is at Grace Church (1120 E. Farm Rd. 182). On Friday and Saturday, you may park at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church before 8:00 am and after 6:00 pm. You may bring your vehicle/trailer over from the other parking lot to transfer stock as needed, but you must move it back as soon as possible. Overnight parking is fine but must be moved by 8:00 am.
